Khwopa Engineering College (KhEC) and Khwopa College of Engineering (KhCE), an undertaking of Bhaktapur Municipality. KhEC and KhCE have continuously made the best efforts to enhance academic excellence in the field of science and technology. It has always been our highest priority to provide the best possible ways to offer people an opportunity to accelerate their learning and creativity. In this journey, KhEC and KhCE are going to jointly organize International Conference on Technologies for Computer, Electrical, Electronics & Communication (ICT-CEEL 2023), which will be held on the college premises in Bhaktapur, Nepal, from October 11th -13th, 2023.
The ICT-CEEL 2023 aims to provide a forum for scholars, researchers, professionals, policy makers and students to share their research findings, discuss current challenges, and explore new trends and opportunities, especially in the field of Computer, Electrical, and Electronics & Communication. We believe that ICT-CEEL 2023 will create a platform for participants to engage in meaningful dialogue and build relationships that will foster innovation and collaboration.
The conference will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, paper presentations and networking opportunities, including a heritage walk to various world heritage sites of the city.
The submitted conference papers will be subjected to single-blind review and all accepted papers for ICT-CEEL 2023 will be published online and in ICT-CEEL 2023 proceedings.
