We are honored to announce the upcoming “International Conference on Technologies for Computer, Electrical, Electronics & Communication (ICT-CEEL 2023)”, which is going to be held from 11^th to 13^th October, 2023 in Bhaktapur, Nepal. We would like to invite you to present research papers at this esteemed gathering.

We welcome submission from researchers, professionals, academicians, and students who are interested in sharing their research findings whilst contributing to the ongoing discourse in their respective fields. Papers should be related to the conference topics and you are free to cover any relevant aspect of your research. 

Submitting your paper to the ICT-CEEL 2023 offers an opportunity to present your research findings to an academic audience and assist in emboldening your ideas via experts’ feedback. It is also an excellent platform for networking with intellectual community.

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by expert panel, and the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Additionally, selected papers will be published in the Journal of Science & Engineering (JScE) after further revision.

Instructions for Submission

The Conference allows the following paper formats:

1. Abstract of maximum 2 pages / Extended abstracts of maximum 4 pages: Cover a brief overview or early-stage ideas, recently accepted, published or under review works at other venues. However, works published elsewhere can be presentable but they are not eligible for inclusion in the conference proceddings.

2. Full length papers of maximum 8 pages: eligible for proceedings (opt-in), cover novel works or works previously not published and not under review elsewhere.

Note: All the interested researchers are suggested to submit either the abstract or the extended abstract of their paper to avoid duality of the submission if submitted in different places simultaneously.
